Maryland Abortionist Arrested for Murder

Steven Chase Brigham and Nicola Irene Riley have been charged with murder related to the deaths of viable babies at an illegal secret abortion clinic that the pair operated in Elkton, Maryland. Brigham is currently in the custody at the Camden County Jail in New Jersey and Riley was arrested and is currently in the custody of the Salt Lake County Jail in Utah. Both are awaiting extradition to Maryland.

Sixth Gosnell Case Defendant Pleads Guilty

November 14, 2011

A sixth worker in Kermit Gosnell’s West Philadelphia abortion clinic pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges involving the clinic’s practice of providing illegal late-term abortions. Tina Baldwin pleaded guilty in an agreement to testify against Gosnell. There are only four defendants, including Gosnell and his wife, who are still facing trial.

Fifth Defendant Pleads Guilty in Gosnell Case

Lynda Williams pleaded guilty before Common Pleas Court Judge Benjamin Lerner to counts of third-degree murder involving the 2009 death of a woman undergoing an abortion and the killing of a newborn. She will receive a lighter sentence because she will testify against Gosnell.

More Guilty Pleas in Gosnell Case

November 3, 2011

A fourth defendant charged in the abortion-horror case, known as “Dr. Steve” Massof although he never obtained a medical license or certification,  pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree murder, two counts of conspiracy and one count of participating in a corrupt organization, according to court records. Massof made an open plea, which means there’s no agreement with prosecutors on his possible sentence, according to court records.

He faces a maximum of 80 to 160 years on the charges.

Two Plead Guilty in Gosnell Case

Adrienne Moton, and Sherry West, are scheduled to plead guilty for contributing to deaths that occurred in the filthy, unlicensed West Philadelphia abortion clinic run by Dr. Kermit Gosnell. Moton was an unlicensed worker who routinely and illegally administered anesthesia to patients. West played a part in the death of Karnamaya Mongar, who died in 2009 after overdosing on anesthetics prescribed by Gosnell.

Canada Judge: Infanticide Allowed

Pro-life advocates have been speaking out about the importance of life for over 30 years. We’ve been warning that a society that does not value the life of the unborn will soon not value the life of those who are born. Now, sadly, we have a case in point:

An Alberta judge has let a woman who strangled her newborn son walk free by arguing that Canada’s absence of a law on abortion signals that Canadians “sympathize” with the mother.
